A new clinical study is being launched to assess patients who receive different Covid-19 vaccines for their first or second dose, in a world-first by British scientists.

The study will see patients given their first shot from one UK-approved vaccine distributor and their second from another, such as a first from Oxford/AstraZeneca followed by a second by Pfizer/BioNTech.
