Search firm hires veteran as global insurance head

Norman Broadbent, the headhunting firm, has appointed Richard Kaluzynski to head its global insurance practice based in London.

Kaluzynski brings to the firm more than two decades of experience in the recruitment world. He was one of the first recruiters to set up a search firm focusing entirely for multi-nationals in the East European market. The firm he founded was later acquired by Russell Reynolds Associates but continued to be run by Kaluzynski.
