Mantaray Partners, the re-branded Devonshire Executive search firm with a focus on structured finance, has hired Ted Tracey from rival TMP Worldwide in London.

Tracey's hire will add to a team covering debt products and debt capital markets and will enhance the coverage of asset-backed securitisation and credit derivatives, Mantaray said.
