Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and Nordea, two of the largest Scandinavian financial services companies, have each agreed to take €100m ($132.5m) of the debt from the buy-out of Munksjo, a Sweden-based specialist paper manufacturer.
The syndication for the debt, arranged by Deutsche Bank on behalf of EQT, one of the Nordic region's largest mid-market buy-out firms, is expected to complete this week.
