SEC issues four-year ban over market timing

The former director of operations at the National Clearing Corporation, the broker dealer, has been barred from the financial industry for four years following allegations he helped clients make thousands of market-timed trades in more than 600 mutual funds.

Kraig Kibble settled the allegations brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the US regulator, without admitting or denying wrongdoing.
