A second leveraged finance executive in six months is leaving Barclays Capital to take a sabbatical.

John Leach, a managing director and head of financial sponsor origination at the UK investment bank, is to take a break, Barclays Capital revealed in a statement yesterday announcing changes to its European leveraged finance group.
