Aviva Investors has made one of its non-executive directors the interim chief executive officer, marking the second temporary appointment since Alain Dromer stepped down last year.

Aviva's asset management subsidiary has appointed John Misselbrook as interim chief executive, replacing Paul Abberley who filled the role on an interim basis since May 2012 after the departure of Dromer.
