Securities trade body names head of regulation

The International Capital Market Association, the trade body of the global securities industry, has appointed a former Bank of England policy specialist to lead its regulatory team ahead of the implementation of new European trading rules.

ICMA has named Paul Richards as head of regulatory policy and as a member of its executive committee.
