SEI Investments, the multimanager and asset management technology provider, has appointed Francis Jackson director of business development for private banking and asset managers in Europe.

Jackson joins from Citibank NA Global Securities Services where he was global head of the investor solutions group responsible for Citibank's global custody and US domestic custody business worldwide.
