SEI Investments, the fund manager and investment technology provider, has hired two directors of business development in global private banking.

David Thorpe and Michael Dwyer, who will report to Francis Jackson, managing director in global private banking services, will be responsible for the development of SEI's outsourced services for private banks in the UK and Europe.
