SEI, the multi-manager company, has appointed Fiduciary Trust and Axa Rosenberg as managers of its new European small-cap equity fund.

The fund will be exposed to all the main European regions with the assets equally split between Fiduciary Trust, wholly-owned by US manager Franklin Templeton, and Axa Rosenberg, which is majority-owned by the French insurer Axa.
