Seltzer leaves CSFB for Morgan Stanley

Steve Seltzer has left Credit Suisse First Boston in London, where he was head of European high yield capital markets, to join Morgan Stanley in New York as global head of high yield syndicate.

Banking sources close to Seltzer, a US national, said his move was linked to a desire to return to the US after working in CSFB's London office since autumn 2002.
