Sempra Energy Trading, the wholesale energy trading arm of Sempra, has completed its acquisition of the London-based Enron Metals, one of the leading traders on the London Metals Exchange.

The company said last week that it would buy the company for $145m (€167m) in cash. The business will be renamed Sempra Metals, and will be based in London.
