Senior adviser leaves Barclays’ investment bank

A one-time candidate for Colorado Governor left the bank this month

The former vice chairman and senior adviser to Barclays’ investment bank, and a one-time candidate for the Republican nomination for Colorado Governor, has left the firm.

Marc Holtzman was a senior adviser to Barclays until September 4, according to the UK Financial Services Register. He was executive vice chairman of Barclays' investment bank, previously known as Barclays Capital, from August 2008 to September 2012. Holtzman could not be reached for comment.
