Kate Richdale, a senior investment banker at Goldman Sachs in Asia, is leaving to join KKR, the US private equity giant said Monday.

Richdale, 51 years old, will join KKR in the second quarter in a newly created role of head of strategy and business development in Asia. She will also work with clients and government officials, while helping to originate deals and screen investments, KKR said.
