Two reports into the failures of the Serious Fraud Office make for “sobering read”, the fraud squad’s director Lisa Osofsky has said.

The fraud unit's boss made the comments in response to 11 recommendations for her agency to respond, set out in a review of the SFO’s failures in the Unaoil fraud case, published on 21 July.
