John Colley, a former SG Cowen corporate financier, is joining Pall Mall Capital, a London-based boutique.

Financial News revealed earlier this month that Colley, who was a director in technology mergers and acquisitions, was leaving SG. Pall Mall Capital is an M&A boutique run by John Cutts, who had been a managing director at West Merchant Bank and its successor WestLB Panmure until last year.
