Société Générale is hiring Robin Henshall and Jos Shaver from Credit Suisse First Boston for its new European power and utilities investment banking team.

Henshall will be managing director and head of the team while Shaver will be a director. They will report to the US-based banker John Barr, global head of power and utilities.
