SG, the investment banking arm of Société Générale, has hired Stefano Frattini to join its equity corporate finance department as vice-president covering Spain, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.

Frattini, who has more than eight years' experience, joins from Italian securities house Intermonte where he worked in equity capital markets.
