Share probe prompts NYSE warning to traders

The New York Stock Exchange has warned floor traders to closely monitor their communication with corporate executives.

Robert Marchman, NYSE market surveillance chief, has told traders in private meetings over the past few weeks that they need to take special care with price-sensitive information and ensure that they do not succumb to improper pressure to manipulate prices.
