Share sale values PZU at almost €4bn ahead of IPO

Eureko, a Dutch insurance company, has agreed to buy a further 10% stake in PZU, Poland's largest insurer, for a minimum price of 1.6bn zlotys (€390m), valuing the group at about €4bn.

The insurer, which already owns 20%, will purchase the PZU stake from Poland's Bank Millennium following the expiry of a five-year lock-up agreement.
