Shareholders gear up for fight against bosses’ pay

Executive pay will stay firmly at the top of shareholders' agenda in 2017, according to Canadian funds giant BMO Global Asset Management.

In a statement today, released by the European business of the US$229 billion asset manager, it said that "significant policy development and company engagement is being undertaken ahead of the 2017 AGM season".
