Shearman & Sterling hires regulatory counsel

Shearman & Sterling, the law firm, has hired Barney Reynolds, a financial services specialist, as counsel in London.

Reynolds joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. At Shearman & Sterling he will be responsible for developing a global advisory practice for financial institutions and his regulatory skills will be used on different transactions.
