Shore Capital Group, the investment banking boutique and technology specialist, has appointed Anthony Brown as a director of corporate finance.

Brown was formerly director of corporate finance at British Linen Bank, the merchant banking arm of Bank of Scotland, where he was involved in flotations, private and public company acquisitions and disposals, and private finance intiative transactions.
