Signia Wealth Limited has appointed Shalini Khemka as a managing director with responsibility for developing Signia's private equity arm alongside Spencer Moulton and co-ordinating the international expansion of the business. Khemka joins Signia while still retaining her position as chief executive and board director of The London Entrepreneurial Exchange, which she co-founded in 2010 with the support of LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group.
