Silver Lake is set to acquire French human resources software provider Silae.

Based in Aix-en-Provence, Silae was founded in 2010 and offers cloud-based payroll and HR software to more than 550,000 businesses in France. In the last two years, the company has more than doubled its revenue and tripled its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, according to a statement. This year, more than 4 million employees in France will have their payroll slips processed by Silae.
