Simmons & Simmons, the UK law firm, has lured former Clifford Chance lawyer David Shasha back into legal practice, after he took 18 months off to spend more time with his two young children.

Shasha joins Simmons & Simmons as a corporate partner. He spent about 24 years at at Clifford Chance, 15 of them as a partner. He worked in the firm's corporate and projects departments, and has worked on various corporate and privatisation deals, as well as on aerospace and transport project finance deals.
