Simon Havers, the former chairman of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, has re-emerged at an executive search firm, where he will focus on helping private equity firms to recruit management teams for portfolio companies.

Havers has joined Odgers Berndtson to help the headhunter expand its presence in the private equity market, particularly specialising in interim management, executive search, non-executive appointments and management assessment.
