The trade body representing exchanges and clearinghouses across the globe has elected Boon Chye Loh, chief executive of the Singapore Exchange, as its next chair.

Loh was elected to a two-year term at The World Federation of Exchanges, which met on 20 September in Bermuda for its annual general meeting.
