The government will soon have a definitive blueprint for boosting listings in London, according to City veteran Sir Nigel Wilson.

The Legal and General boss is spearheading a major report launched on 15 May to fight back against ailing demand for IPOs in the City and firms including chip-maker Arm heading overseas to fundraise.
