Slaughter and May partner to restructure practice groups

Tim Clark, the senior partner elect at Slaughter and May, is planning to restructure the firm's sector teams from May 1 to bring it more into line with investment banks.

Clark will combine the capital markets and banking teams at the UK law firm, which is known for advising on international mergers and acquisitions, into a single group and redefine the roles of some of its most senior rainmakers.
