Societe Generale hires Arora to co-head ECM as Vaz Pinto steps back

The French lender has shaken up the senior ranks of its ECM team

Societe Generale has tapped a Bank of America veteran to co-lead its equity capital markets business globally.

Anvita Arora has been hired as global co-head of ECM at the French lender. Based in London, she will join SocGen in July and work alongside New York based Jeffrey Mortara, the bank said in a statement.
