Société Générale has consolidated its debt and equity capital markets within the Americas into one division, and appointed a new head of the integrated business.

Arnaud Achour will take charge as the new head of capital markets and syndicate for the Americas. His responsibilities include overseeing high yield, loan and structured asset syndication, and private placements, in addition to managing equity and debt capital markets.
