Johannesburg-based Investment Solutions, a multi-manager, is planning to expand internationally either by establishing its own offshore offices or via acquisitions.
The firm's initial focus outside South Africa will be the UK. In investment manager's latest annual report, Peet van der Walt, chairman, said that it has yet to decide how to expand its business and is looking at both new offices and acquisitions. "We hope that this time next year we will have a satisfactory progress to report to shareholders," he added.
