Sovereign Capital, the UK mid-market private equity firm, has expanded its investment team with the hire of Simon Hitchcock as an assistant director.

Hitchcock previously worked for Dilmun Investments, the London-based European private equity arm of Bahrain International Bank, where he invested in mid-market deals in the UK and France. He has also worked for the corporate finance advisory team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
