Spain's Riofisa trades up in Madrid debut

Riofisa, a Spanish shopping malls operator, has traded up 9% in its €212m ($265m) initial public offering on the Madrid stock exchange, after pricing its shares at the bottom of its marketed range.

The company sold 11.8 million shares for €18 each, which was the bottom price of a range capped at €21.
