The finance sector is struggling to purge its toxic culture, as women report they are still encountering sexism, bullying and micro-aggressions in the workplace.

A survey by Financial News ahead of International Women’s Day on 8 March has revealed things have not improved for women in finance, with 60% saying the “old boys’ club” is the number one reason preventing female professionals from getting ahead.
