Eliot Spitzer, New York State attorney general, has dismissed the idea that he may settle out of court in his lawsuit against Dick Grasso, former chairman of the New York Stock Exchange, over Grasso's $187.5m (€154m) pay package.
Spitzer, speaking at a Money magazine conference in New York, said there was "no way, no how" he would settle with Grasso. "It is absolutely inconceivable that I will settle it now. We can win this case."
