An early investor in the music channel Spotify has seen a legal case he brought against his investment banker brother thrown out of court.

Shakil Khan, also an adviser to Spotify, had asked the UK High Court to grant an injunction to stop his brother, a banker from UniCredit, from sending him emails following what the judge called an “unfortunate family dispute”.
