Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (SSSB) has hired Andrew Adcock, one of six managing directors axed from Lazard in July, as co-head of corporate broking following the departure of Richard Wyatt earlier this month.
Wyatt, former chairman of equity capital markets and deputy head of equities at SSSB, left the bank after 23 years in the equities markets. He took over the bank's push into corporate broking a year ago when SSSB combined its broking team with equity capital markets, led by Michael Lavelle.
