Citigroup's Schroder Salomon Smith Barney has appointed Elena Ciampichetti as a director and European industrial credit analyst for the European credit research department in London.

Ciampichetti joins from Credit Suisse First Boston in London where she was a director in credit research since 1996. Prior to that Ciampichetti was a senior analyst at Merrill Lynch.
