Mark Stacpoole, former head of equity-linked origination at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (DrKB), is joining a newly established subsidiary of EO, the electronic share distribution platform. He will be chief executive of EO UK.

EO UK is the first in a series of European subsidiaries EO will be establishing across Europe over the coming months. John St John, chief executive of EO, said the group is in negotiations in Scandinavia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Holland and Asia.
