Staff retention is law firm partners' number one concern amid an ongoing deal boom that has sent salaries in the sector soaring.

Almost half of law firms partners (45%) cited holding on to talent as one of the biggest challenges they face, ahead of issues such as the current macroeconomic conditions and losing market share to rivals, according to a survey by litigation funder Harbour, provided exclusively to Financial News.
