Standard Chartered’s chief executive of corporate, commercial and institutional banking is set to leave the lender as part of a broader overhaul of its investment bank.

Simon Cooper, who has led the division since joining Standard Chartered in 2016, is stepping down to “pursue other interests”, the bank said in a statement announcing a series of changes.
