Standard Life Investments, the UK fund manager, is to target small to medium-sized pension funds with its new range of multi-manager products to be run by US consultants Wilshire Associates.

Pension schemes will be able to tap into a suite of seven funds of stocks, bonds and other assets run by individual fund management firms but offered as part of a single package deal.
