Standard Life Investments has strengthened its senior global team with the appointment of Colin Morrison as head of performance and risk measurement, joining from Baring Asset Management (BAM).

At BAM he was global head of performance. Working with William Littleboy, operations director at Standard Life Investments, Morrison will have responsibility for all aspects of Standard Life Investments' global investment performance and risk measurement functions. Morrison will formally join the global investment house in December.
