State Street asks FX trader to stay away from office

The bank's head of forex spot trading has been away from office for past two weeks, according to people familiar with the matter

US bank State Street has asked its London-based head of foreign exchange spot trading to stay out of the office following an internal review of its foreign exchange business, people familiar with the matter said Wednesday.

Simon Pepper has been away from the bank's London trading desk for the past two weeks, these people said.
