Asset manager creates two new roles in its $558 billion exchange-traded funds business

State Street Global Advisors has made two senior hires to its exchange-traded funds business, bringing in a marketing head from Vanguard and BlackRock's former Canadian chief.

Noel Archard will become head of global product at SSgA's $558 billion SPDR ETF business, while Seth Morrison has been named head of global marketing. Both are new roles, based in Boston, according to a statement.
