State Street has named an executive vice-president and head of global investment product services who has been tasked with growing offshore fund servicing capabilities, in addition to taking responsibility for strategic direction, global sales and product structuring.

John Klinck will be based in Boston, and report to Jay Hooley, executive vice-president and head of investment servicing, research and trading.
