The former chief executive of STOXX, Matteo Andreetto, has been appointed head of State Street Global Advisors’ exchange-traded funds business for Europe, Middle East and Africa, effective immediately.

In a statement published on October 1, the world’s third largest asset manager confirmed that Andreetto has moved from the German-owned index provider to a London-based role, where he now leads their ETF sales team.
